Nick has extensive experience in the formation and operation of private investment funds, complex corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. Licensed to practice law in Ontario, California and Texas, Nick holds Law (JD) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Dalhousie University, a masters in tax law (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours in Philosophy (BA) from King’s College, Halifax. Vibhu Sharma, BA, LLB, MPP, LLM – Of Counsel, Litigation

Vibhu Sharma is a dual qualified lawyer in India and Canada. She works in Toronto focused on commercial/civil litigation and dispute resolution matters at the trial and appellate level. She is also involved in complex multi-jurisdictional dispute resolutions and negotiations. Prior to this, Vibhu practised law at a leading Indian law firm (on regulatory and litigation matters) and worked at the Centre for International Law in Singapore (on international investment law). She completed her BA LLB (Hons) at NUJS, India and then completed graduate studies at the National University of Singapore pursuing dual degrees — LLM (in International and Comparative Law) and a Master of Public Policy.
