Vibhu Sharma is a dual-qualified lawyer in Canada and India whose practice includes regulatory disputes, administrative proceedings, and securities-related enforcement matters. Based in Toronto, she supports clients involved in investigations, inquiries, and hearings before the Ontario Securities Commission, other provincial securities regulators, and various administrative tribunals.
She assists with representing market participants in regulatory matters, responding to regulator inquiries and sweeps, and analyzing issues at the intersection of securities law, administrative law, and capital markets regulation. Her growing practice in this area is supported by strong research capabilities and experience handling complex legal and procedural issues.
Vibhu’s broader background includes commercial and civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, as well as multi-jurisdictional regulatory and cross-border disputes. She is also involved in public law and Charter-related matters.
Before relocating to Canada, Vibhu practised at a leading Indian law firm on regulatory and litigation matters and worked at the Centre for International Law in Singapore on international investment law.
